Ryan Gosling and Mark Ronson drop “Ken The EP” and a holiday version of “I’m Just Ken”

He’s just Ken, but at least he’s got his own EP now!

Ryan Gosling reunited with Mark Ronson, producer of the movie’s soundtrack “Barbie: The Album”, to unwrap the ultimate holiday gift: “Ken The EP”, including a Christmas version of “I’m Just Ken”.

“Ken The EP” not only offers a festive twist with “Merry Kristmas Barbie”, but also introduces fans to an acoustic rendition “In My Feelings”, and a dance remix “Purple Disco Machine”. Accompanying the EP release is a heartwarming music video for “I’m Just Ken (Merry Kristmas Barbie).” Set in a festively adorned studio, the video captures the essence of the season. Gosling, Ronson, and songwriter/producer Andrew Wyatt join forces, creating a memorable Christmas-themed rendition of the song.

The original “I’m Just Ken” soared to success, securing a spot on the Billboard Hot 100 and earning Gosling a Grammy nomination for Best Song Written For Visual Media, and a Golden Globe nomination for Best Original Song. Other hit songs from the Barbie soundtrack, like Dua Lipa’s “Dance the Night” and Billie Eilish’s “What Was I Made For?” are also up for competition.
