Lana Del Rey fans were undoubtedly thrilled to hear the announcement of her upcoming album The Right Person Will Stay. Known for her melancholic style and vintage Hollywood glamour aesthetic, Lana always proves why she is considered one of the 21st century’s most influential singer/ songwriters with her uniqueness and quality music.
The “Young and Beautiful” singer took to Instagram to announce the news with what seems like a love letter to her fans and a sweet thank you letter to those who worked with her during her creative journey creating the album. “So grateful that my 13 tracks came together with my beautiful work between Luke, Jack, Zach, and Drew Erickson amongst others. Happy for you to hear a few songs coming up before Stagecoach starting with Henry. Love Always.” To clarify, she was referring to Drew Erickson, Zach Dawes, Luke Laird, and Jack Antonoff, all music producers, and songwriters that she collaborated with for the upcoming project. She even tagged her younger sister, Caroline Grant (also known as Chuck).
This isn’t the only news she had. She announced a UK and Ireland Tour in 2025. Kicking off in Cardiff and closing in London, Lana will be making her rounds hopefully singing her most well-known hits as well as songs from her upcoming album. She’ll be making stops in Glasgow, Liverpool, and Dublin. So hopefully fans can make it to at least 1 of the 5 tour stops.
The Right Person Will Stay will be available to all of Lana’s fans on May 21st of next year just in time for the summer. And UK and Ireland fans can see her live, starting June 23rd. It may seem like a while away, but you can’t rush art, right? It’s safe to assume that it will be worth the wait.
