Netflix announced a new limited series Black Rabbit, starring and executive produced by Jason Bateman (Ozark, Air) and Jude Law (Talented Mr. Ripley, Sherlock Holmes). Bateman is also set to direct the first two episodes.
The series was originally announced as being in development back in October 2022 and is based on an original idea from Academy Award® nominated screenwriters Zach Baylin and Kate Susman. The series logline reads, “When the owner of a New York City hotspot allows his turbulent brother back in his life, he opens the door to escalating dangers that threaten to bring down everything he’s built.”
The cast also includes Cleopatra Coleman (Rebel Moon – Part One: A Child of Fire, upcoming Clipped), Amaka Okafor (Bodies, The Responder), Ṣọpẹ́ Dìrísù (Gangs of London, Slow Horses) and Dagmara Dominczyk (Succession, The Lost Daughter).
