Our favorite super-hero, Chris Hemsworth, joined GRAMMY Award winner Ed Sheeran to perform “Thinking Out Loud” during the artist’s latest worldwide tour – the +–=÷x tour – in Bucharest, Romania.
Hemsworth performed the drums for the first time live in front of an estimated 70,000 fans. The surprised performance was filmed for the upcoming second season of National Geographic’s Disney+ Original Series LIMITLESS WITH CHRIS HEMSWORTH, coming 2025.
According to the synopsis, “Chris Hemsworth is on an epic mission to discover how to live better for longer. With the help of world-class experts, family, and friends, he’s embarking on a series of immense challenges to push himself to new limits and stop the diseases of old age before they take hold. In this thrilling series from Executive Producer Darren Aronofsky, Chris discovers how we all can unlock our potential to stay fitter, healthier, and happier throughout our lives.” We can expect to see Hemsworth “physically and mentally” delving “into a series of universal issues that people across the world face daily: pain, fear, cognitive impairment and social connection.”
Tom Watt-Smith and Jane Root serve as executive producers in the second season of LIMITLESS, and Arif Nurmohamed serves as co-executive producer for Nutopia. Creators Darren Aronofsky and Ari Handel of Protozoa Pictures return as executive producers, and Chris Hemsworth, Ben Grayson and Brandon Hill are executive producers for Wild State. For National Geographic, Bengt Anderson and Simon Raikes are executive producers, and Tom McDonald is executive vice president of Global Factual and Unscripted Content.
The first season of LIMITLESS is now streaming on Disney+. Although there’s no exact date for the second season yet, it is confirmed to premiere in 2025.
